Website for Civil Justice Advocate

The Pennsylvania Coalition for Civil Justice Reform (PCCJR) is a nonpartisan organization advocating for civil justice fairness and seeking legislative reform that will put an end to lawsuit abuse. They selected PPO&S to redesign their website and transform it into a robust tool that more actively supports their advocacy efforts.

We conducted a survey with their members—PCCJR’s primary target audience—to learn how they used the website and what content they would find useful. This helped our collective teams nail down the features we needed to develop.
